We offer the following GIS services:

Basics

  • Data manipulation and analysis using a wide range of vector and raster (local, zonal and focal) operations
  • Detailed documentation of analytic processes and elegant presentation of 2D and 3D maps
  • Address geocoding
  • Image georeferencing

Data Enrichment

When a client’s data include a geographic identifier (e.g., zip code, city, county, etc), it is possible to match them to existing administrative databases (e.g., U.S. Census), which contain numerous neighborhood demographic and socioeconomic variables (e.g., median household income, median house value, poverty rates, racial and ethnic composition). These neighborhood variables may then be employed as additional predictors in statistical models.

Spatial Statistics

  • Point pattern analysis (e.g., clustering/dispersion of points)
  • Geostatistics (variography and Kriging)
  • Spatial regression
